FINE GRAPPA ITALIANA DI CABERNET
Fine Italian Cabernet Grappa is a young monovarietal grappa which preserves the special characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc vines which grow on the gentle hills of Conegliano. It has a particularly clear appearance, its nose releases grassy overtones which mingle with the perfumes of small berry fruit. The fruit of a careful selection of the best, must-rich pomaces, it is distilled in a discontinuous double-bottomed pot still, special care being taken to highlight its cleanliness in accordance with the exclusive Da Ponte Method. Its palate is soft, warm and intriguing.
