Uve Bianche is a grape distillate that carefully preserves the special characteristics of the Malvasia and Chardonnay vine. Uve Bianche is exceptionally transparent. It releases vibrant floral notes and clear harmonies of apricot, pear, apple, melon and ripe grape. The fruit of a selection of the finest pomaces, it is distilled in a discontinuous double-bottomed pot still, particular care being taken to highlight the cleanliness of its aromas in accordance with the exclusive Da Ponte Method. Its palate is graceful, aromatic, smooth and inviting.
