We have been selecting and distilling the finest Prosecco grapes according to the “Metodo Da Ponte” since 1892.
The most traditional expression is Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco, which is the fruit of a harmonious blend of the eight best years aged in Limousin oak barrels.

The noble tannins acquired during the long ageing process give it an amazing aromatic complexity.
