UNICA
Unica is a monovarietal Gran Riserva grappa with a matchless bouquet which reveals the subtle, elegant aromas typical of the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Amber-coloured, Unica’s nose releases perfumes reminiscent of fortified wines and floral notes which mingle with symmetries of seasoned wood and toasted almonds. The fruit of a selection of the ten best years of Prosecco Grappa distilled in a continuous and discontinuous pot still true to the exclusive Da Ponte Method. The palate is enveloping, velvety, dry.
